Discussion
We explain the findings, recommend an appropriate service, and answer any questions. You decide what to proceed with — or whether to wait.
The Work
Work is carried out at an unhurried pace using proper workshop equipment. For significant work, we document the process in notes and photographs.
Handback
We walk through what was done, provide a written service record, and give you an honest picture of the watch's condition going forward.
Quartz Servicing & Battery Care
A gentle check-over for quartz pieces, including a fresh cell, gasket review, and a light clean of the case and crystal. We test water resistance where the design allows and let you know honestly if anything else would benefit from attention. A straightforward option for daily-wear watches that simply need looking after.

Bracelet & Case Refurbishment
Careful attention to the parts you see and feel every day. We refit loose links, ease worn pins, and lightly refinish the case to soften scratches while keeping the watch's natural character. Everything is discussed beforehand so the result matches what you had in mind. A thoughtful choice for a well-loved watch that deserves a little renewal.

Heritage Movement Rebuild
A patient, comprehensive rebuild for older mechanical watches, with full cleaning, worn-part replacement where suitable, and careful timing adjustment. We keep notes and photographs through the process and share them with you, so the work stays transparent from start to finish. Recommended for cherished pieces that have served for decades and merit a careful return to form.
