Your watch deserves
patient, honest care.
We work through each piece quietly and carefully — whether it needs a fresh cell, a refurbished case, or a full movement rebuild. You'll know exactly what we find and what we suggest.
What we can do for your piece
Three focused services. Each one described in full — so you can decide at your own pace whether it fits what your watch needs.
Quartz Servicing & Battery Care
A gentle check-over for quartz pieces — fresh cell, gasket review, light case and crystal clean. We test water resistance where the design allows and let you know honestly if anything else would benefit from attention.
- Battery replacement & movement test
- Gasket inspection & water resistance check
- Case and crystal light clean
- Honest condition report
Bracelet & Case Refurbishment
Careful attention to the parts you see and feel every day. We refit loose links, ease worn pins, and lightly refinish the case to soften scratches while keeping the watch's natural character.
- Link refit and pin replacement
- Light case refinishing
- Pre-work discussion on desired result
- Crystal buff where applicable
Heritage Movement Rebuild
A patient, comprehensive rebuild for older mechanical watches — full cleaning, worn-part replacement where suitable, and careful timing adjustment. Notes and photographs kept through the process.
- Full movement disassembly & ultrasonic clean
- Worn-part assessment & replacement
- Timing adjustment on watchmaker's bench
- Process photos shared with you
A few things worth noting
We look first, quote after
We don't guess at a price before seeing the watch. A brief assessment comes first, then an honest estimate — with no pressure to proceed.
Transparent documentation
For rebuild work, we photograph key stages and keep written notes. You see the process, not just the result.
Unhurried pacing
Good watchwork takes time. We set realistic schedules and reach out if anything changes, rather than rushing to meet an arbitrary deadline.
Consultative, not pushy
If a repair isn't worth doing, we'll say so plainly. The goal is a decision that makes sense for you and your watch.
Dedicated craft tools
From timing machines to ultrasonic baths, we use the right equipment for each task — not workarounds — so the watch is handled as it should be.
Bangkok-based, locally trusted
The workshop is on Thonglor, easy to reach from central Bangkok. You can drop a piece off in person and discuss it face-to-face.
Not sure what your watch needs?
Just describe the piece and what you've noticed. We'll take a look and let you know our thoughts — without any obligation to book a service.
Things people usually ask
How do I know which service my watch needs?
You don't need to decide beforehand. Bring or send the watch and we'll have a look at it. After a brief assessment we'll explain what we find and which option, if any, makes sense. There's no charge for the initial assessment itself.
How long does each service take?
Quartz servicing and battery care is typically ready within a few days. Case refurbishment usually takes about one to two weeks. A full heritage movement rebuild may take two to four weeks, depending on parts and the watch's condition. We'll give you a specific estimate once we've seen the piece.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work across a wide range of brands — primarily Swiss and Japanese movements. For highly specialist pieces with proprietary parts, we'll let you know upfront if the watch would be better served elsewhere. We'd rather be straightforward about what we can and cannot do.
What if you find something unexpected during the work?
We stop and reach out to you before proceeding. We'll explain what we found, what it means, and what it would involve to address it. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is done without your knowledge.
Can I drop the watch off in person?
Yes, and we welcome it. Seeing the watch and having a brief conversation in person often helps both sides understand what's needed. The workshop is at Thonglor Soi 13, Watthana. Please send a message beforehand so we can set aside time for you.
Are the prices listed all-inclusive?
The prices shown are starting points for each service category. If replacement parts are needed — particularly for heritage rebuilds — those are costed separately and discussed with you before any ordering. The final amount is always agreed before we proceed.
